New commitment to relaunch exports
The Assembly of members of the Eastern Italian Chamber of Commerce (Ccio) has renewed the corporate offices. Antonio Barile reconfirmed as president .
The Shareholders’ Meeting of the Eastern Italian Chamber of Commerce (Ccio) has renewed the corporate offices. The new Board of Directors will lead the Ccio for five years to reach the important milestone of 100 years of life. The Eastern Italian Chamber of Commerce is one of the oldest Italian foreign chambers registered in the National Unioncamere register.
Alongside the President Antonio Barile, executive of the CIA – Italian Farmers, the Assembly elected Vice President Vitandrea Marzano (Municipality of Bari).
The following were elected to the Board of Directors: Alessandra Barnaba (National Coordinator JIEF) Mario Laforgia (Confartigianato), Domenico Demarinis (Tmshell Ip & Sustainability), Natale Mariella (Anita), Milella Bruno (Bruno Milella srl), Panaro Felice ( Confetra), Vincenzo Posa (Uil Ba / Bat), Giacoma Punzo (Cna). Treasurer Annarita Torino.
The Board of Auditors is made up of chartered accountants: Michelangelo Lattanzio, President, Carmela Boleto and Massimo Panza auditors.
The elected members thanked the members and immediately set themselves the goal of developing and relaunching the Eastern Italian Chamber of Commerce, with the aim of encouraging the development of Italian companies by creating the conditions for increasing their commercial exchanges, cultural and tourist attractions.
The multiple relationships developed in recent years with similar institutions, public and private institutions are the assets of the Ccio that will be able to enhance the various services, both those already proposed in recent years and new ones to be calibrated on the new needs of companies.
The new phase that the world is experiencing due to the pandemic requires a new strategy that will have to use new technologies to favor the improvement of contacts and relations on the international market. New operations with which the Eastern Italian Chamber of Commerce will be able to better approach the various geographical areas, such as the Asian one, where the structure has been operating for several years now.
The Council, with these intentions, will meet immediately after the summer break to lay the new work bases.
