CLOSED EVENT COURSE "TASTING AND CLASSIFICATION OF FOOD AND BEVERAGES"

In the historical setting of Hotel La Terra Ostuni will be held on March 31th the closing event of the courses TASTING AND CLASSIFICATION OF FOODS AND BEVERAGES, organized as part of re-training initiatives for adults with specific attention to new and professional profiles and skill growth, and financed by the Province of Brindisi.

The project, launched by Ente Pugliese for the Popular Culture and Professional Education OF Ostuni, training body accredited by the Apulia Region, involving 18 adult educational activity for a total of 600 hours classroom, in which 300 Internship at tourist facilities.

The EPCPEP prepared, mainly in hotel and tourism, information technology and telecommunications, industry, and unemployed youth and adults to re-enter the world of work in collaboration with local institutions, institutes School and the business system in order to promote the engagement.

The training project, which started from an idea of ​​the Italian Eastern Chamber of Commerce, which is among the sponsorship, was also activated through a preliminary investigation which examined the training needs of the area.
